Collaborate with product development, marketing, and licensing teams to ensure creative alignment with brand strategy and market positioning. Design brand identities, character artwork, and visual themes for new toy lines and licensed properties. Translate concepts into playful, age-appropriate, and culturally relevant designs that appeal to children and parents. Mentor junior designers and oversee their work to ensure design excellence and adherence to brand guidelines. Work closely with external vendors, Coreldraw, and printers to ensure high-quality production standards. Stay on top of design trends in the toy industry, child psychology, and retail/packaging innovation. Design visually appealing banners for our website, Amazon A+ content, and store front images, ensuring a compelling online presence. Develop creative product box designs that showcase our products effectively and drive sales. Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Coreldraw, or a related field. 4+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the toys, children’s products, or entertainment industries. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and colorful work suitable for children’s products and toy branding. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite ( Coreldraw , Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with 3D mockup tools or packaging design software. Strong Coreldraw skills and an understanding of visual storytelling for a young audience. Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of printing processes, material specs, and packaging requirements for toys and retail.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting Manager located in Aandapar, Kalawad Raod, Rajkot . The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing financial statements, conducting analytical tasks, handling journal entries, overseeing finance operations, and managing fixed assets. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Coordinate audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and junior staff. Review ledger balances, reconciliations, and internal controls. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders (banks, auditors, etc.). Handle tax planning, returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and assessments. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/MBA preferred).
